Zaatar is a traditional blend of wild thyme, sesame seeds, sumac, and salt. It’s earthy, citrusy and deeply aromatic. Zaatar is used across the Middle East for dipping, seasoning and cooking.

Yes. Zaatar contains sesame seeds. Please check the label carefully if you have allergies.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, ensure the lid is tightly sealed. Olive oil may naturally cloud in cold temperatures. This is normal and does not affect quality.
