  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

    • Regional areas & WA/NT: 5–10 business days.

  • Heat & Weather: Our product is sensitive to extreme heat. While our packaging is durable, we recommend providing a delivery address where the parcel won’t sit in direct sunlight for extended periods.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the food-based nature of our product, we have a strict policy to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or if you simply dislike the flavor profile.

  • Damaged or Faulty Goods: Under the Australian Consumer Law, if your product arrives damaged, the seal is broken, or the item is incorrect, please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:
